BERG MUIRHEAD AND ASSOCIATES NAMED ONE OF THE “BEST of MICHIGAN BUSINESS” BY CORP! MAGAZINE

DETROIT-- Berg Muirhead and Associates, a full-service, Detroit-based public relations firm, has been named one of the “Best of Michigan Business” by the readers of Corp! magazine. The firm is the only public relations firm to receive the award in 2011.

“From the beginning, our goal has been to be more than just a public relations agency and pursue an active role in the life of our community,” said Georgella Muirhead, President and partner.  “We seek out and take on projects that improve the quality of life in Detroit and in Michigan. Readers nominated businesses across the state of Michigan for the magazine’s fourth annual “Best of Michigan Business.” Among 67 honorees in 11 categories, Berg Muirhead earned a spot in the small business category with 15 other Michigan businesses.

Other categories included accounting, architecture and construction, banks and credit unions, engineering, family businesses, law, manufacturing, real estate, small businesses, staffing and technology businesses. Berg Muirhead was founded in 1998 and has a proven track record of successfully implementing comprehensive communications campaigns in Detroit and throughout the State.
